The product came with the bottom based board missing and the sccrews. I then asked them to ship it next day since I was leaving out of town for a week and a half and they told me no. Then when I got home I sent them an email with the part they were going to replace and nothing again. Sent them another email and they sent back stating again to send the part and I am still waiting another week and half later. Like it By Beanstalk They were a little complicated to put together but look nice once assembled. They fit really well in our small bedroom.
