Very poorly made. I'm sending back for a refund and will buy something else. I don't even want to try a different one. Not well made :( By Erin Runciman I am so sad because I love this ottoman; it's comfy, looks nice, and the storage is awesome. But, it's not very well made. The lid is too large for the teeny hinges that are attached to like, particle board, which cracked after about two months of VERY light use. Sadly, it broke about two days after Amazon's warranty was up, so we couldn't return it. Also, it came with absolutely NO paperwork from the manufacturer so we can't go that route to return it, either. And I can only find one number for "Bobkona" in California and no one ever answers, nor can I leave a message. Frustrating and dissapointing, as I've never had a bad experience with Amazon before. :( We repaired the ottoman with larger hinges, hoping it will stop the "wood" from cracking. If it doesn't, we will just have to seal it shut and lose the storage to at least try to get our money's worth out of it. See all 4 customer reviews...
