Poorly packed By MIchele Poor packaging caused the pieces to arrive broken. Didn't even get a chance to put it together. Pity, it looked nice. Applied for a refund. Shipment arrived just when it should have but once I opened the package I noticed I was missing a major part( a left panel) so I had to contact Winsome after about half an hour on the phone looks like I might maybe someday in a few weeks get the side panel I need to put this item together.
